We’ve grown quite a bit over the past 28 years. We started by renting affordable, well-managed student housing in Madison, Wisconsin, all the way back in the days of sea monkeys, Laverne and Shirley, and the original Star Wars (really, it’s been that long). Since then we’ve grown to represent everything from large apartment complexes, retirement communities, and federally assisted living communities, to condominiums and single-family homes. And we still rent student housing.

The key to our growth has been remaining true to our roots as a “hands on” management company — one who knows how important it is to be ready to help at any time, day or night. We are a company who wants to rent you a place you’ll be proud to call home.
